The City and County and Swansea Council is in the process of developing a £32 million state of the art leisure centre in the city. The Council has decided to establish a leisure trust. The Trust is now in the process of appointing key management personnel. The Repairs & Maintenance Manager will work with the Head of Operations to ensure all plant, equipment, site services, land and buildings are operated and maintained to standards acceptable to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for customers and staff. Applicants will need previous experience of leading / managing people within a Maintenance Environment, experience of working in Maintenance role with a Leisure facility or similar and a high level of electrical / mechanical competence.
